Apr\u00e8s avoir enseign\u00e9 la technologie de l&rsquo;usinage, il a fond\u00e9 sa propre entreprise, Conley Precision Engines. Il est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour son moteur Stinger 609, un V8 miniature fonctionnel de 1\/4 d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, qui se d\u00e9marque par son r\u00e9alisme et sa complexit\u00e9, incluant un syst\u00e8me de lubrification \u00e0 carter sec et un allumage \u00e9lectronique. Ces moteurs sont tr\u00e8s rares, tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9s par les collectionneurs, et repr\u00e9sentent une prouesse d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie. Ils ne sont pas produits en s\u00e9rie comme certains moteurs de Conley, mais sont souvent des pi\u00e8ces uniques ou en tr\u00e8s petite s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces moteurs se distinguent par leur r\u00e9alisme, leur complexit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique et le soin du d\u00e9tail. Contrairement \u00e0 de nombreux kits, les moteurs de Rolf Luther sont de v\u00e9ritables pi\u00e8ces de collection enti\u00e8rement fonctionnelles.
